Hi, I have another problem with my tables now. What I want to do is when I click on any of the links that I have in my tables they open up new windows and I want them to automatically target into part of the whole page. Well the thing is the page that I made is only one page itself not like frames where you have to make 2 separate pages. What I want to do is I have it sent up this way I have the header, the left side, center, and right side, my links are in the left side and I wanna try and possibly either, when you click on the link to have it go to that page without opening another window, or when you click on the link it shows the new page on just the center or both the center and right side together, sorry I know this sounds confusing. But what I'm looking for is on my page where it says the date and what I updated I either want when I click a link on the left to open the page in the center where the updates are or to show the new page where the center and right parts are. Please help if you can, Thanks!:-)

You would still have to use some sort of frame, in your case an iframe would be the thing
