I'm having some probs with finding good web space. I tried Angelfire, but I don't really get how to do it with those pictures. I wanted to put a background on with a picture that doesn't move and the text does move, but I don't think Angelfire supports that because when I tried it, the background picture didn't load, so I tried Geocities, but I don't know how to you HTML on the page builder. Does anyone know web space that does support things like that and just gives you a blanc screen where you can put on whatever you want? (sorry for any spelling mistakes, but I'm Dutch so it's still hard for me to talk in English about things like these)

If you use the Advanced File Manager on Geocities, you can put in what you want.

After loggin into your geocities account, there should be a navigation choice along the right hand side saying...
Advanced Toolbox
File Manager
Subdirectories, HTML editing...
Easy Upload
Transfer files from your computer.
HTML Editor
Write, or cut & paste HTML code.
Site Statistics
Choose the HTML Editor link and that should be the advanced editor.

Thanks! It worked, but now I have another question. What I said about the background where if you sroll down only the pictures and text moves, well I tried that, but when I put in the url of the picture is rejects it. Do I have to put the picture on my computer first befor I can put it on my site?

You need to upload the images to your own server.
Right Click On Your Mouse (I assume You are using internet explorer in Dutch) Then click on 'afbeelding opslaan als' Make sure you know where it saves to. Then go to your Geocities File Manager then Upload Images. Browse the computer for our image, click on it, then click on Upload.
The code would be, for example, for the background to stay in place
<body background="your image.jpg/gif" bgcolor="#A0C1A2" text="#004000" link="#4E7C4E" vlink="#649C64" bgproperties="fixed">
