In class on Friday... a girl ask the teacher who was emmett till and he didnt know.. so he went online to find who he was.. come to find out he was murder... at the age 14 yrs..

Wat makes it soo bad the ppl whom murder him went to trial and was found not guilty...They confess after the trial.. of course they couldnt go back on trial becuz there a law out called Double Jeopardy.. which gives all citizen the right to one trial only.. if found gulity u cant go back on trial unless u appeal.. but the highest you can go is Supreme Court.. and if you are found not guilty well your a free person even if you committed the crime!!!
