how did this person make his image like this? see all the sliced up parts like the little squares or on the left of the image its scliced along the edges? how did they do that and how can I do that using psp7?

For the right side: you could just draw that there with a paintbrush, square, small size.
For the rest, you could take the freehand tool and then just trace is and delete.

Hope that made sense. There probably are a few ways to get that done.

alright thanks I'll try that..one more question..umm when I save it how can I save it so there wont be a background color..because when I save, the areas that are open where I cut get colored in and I just want it so that there wont be and so when I put it on my site or something like say that the background is black. Well then the parts where I cut will be black. or if the background is blue. etc.

You would have to save it as a GIF file so it has the transparency. You may have to 'export as gif file' in PSP7 to get it to have that transparency.

how do u have so many of those blue squares by your posts thingy?

we have loads of reputation points :) the higher the number you get of points, the more squares you will get.
