How do you make web page layouts and animated avatars with photoshop? I am not quite sure of the version. But what is the general idea?

You do the animations in Image ready which usualy comes with photoshop..

I have yet to learn how animated gifs work but I can do rollovers if you need to know how to do that...

basically you just have to play a bit. Like animated text put on the avatar...

ooo nice links.. The rollover tutorial doesn't work in PS 7 though.. atleast I couldn't get it to work back when I tried it a few months ago.
