Can you help please? I have a mailing list on my websites and a couple of people have contacted me saying that now they have webtv they can no longer see applets? Is there anything I can do about this? On other sites I have seen searate urls for those with webtv but I haven't a clue what is required. I'd be grateful for any help. Thanks - Jean

I don't have webtv and I'm not sure, but my guess is that webtv doesnt support very many added things that normally require a browser plug-in (like Java, or Flash perhaps). so to have a seperate page for webtv you would probably have to make a stripped down version of your page, without Java applets, etc. keep in mind that those using webtv also can't download the plugins required or save any files (I don't think), so you can't have people do that either.

Thanks for your reply to my query on webtv and applets. I feared it was something like that. I couldn't see a 'reply' button anywhere so have had to post this as a new thread. Is there a 'reply' button? - thanks Jean
Post Reply is at the top and bottom of the thread. -Moderator
