ah i went rock climbing! it was so fun and a great workout haha im so tired now...and i know tomorrow ill be so sore! but it was my first time =)

oooh rock climbing is SOOO fun!! the stupid school district keeps doing budget cuts and stuff but just last year, they installed a huuge rock climbing thing in our gym! weirdos :D but its fun!!

o0o i done this when i was younger. I got such a rush from the achievment. I wish there was some sort of indoor place near me so i could do this.

Ive never went rock climbing.... but I'd like to try it. It looks fun. :P

It is :P I climb whenever I get the chance. Heh at this camp I went to in the summer, there was rock wall, and our group of 10 did it. The part that got everybody was the jut in the wall. Here's how it looks from the side:

I can't do it well, but the jut is a sharp angle. Prolly 20 degrees (or 70 how ever you wanna look at it). Heh I was the only one who did it. My nickname for the rest of the week was Monkey Man Mike :P

We have what we call an over-hang. It's kinda like what you were describing. Some people in the club actually could climb blindfolded, or do the whole wall using only one or two colours of rocks (there were many colours). I'd like to join again, but I didn't have the time this year (because I have WAY too much homework to get it all done). Next year is my last year (I guess you guys call it senior) of high school though, so I don't think I will be able. Ah well! Maybe in college and/or university (I know quite a few that have climbing walls).

I had to do rock climbing in grade 9 for gym, never got very high :P Mostly cause I'm a bit scared of heights and I hated gym class to begin with so I only partipated minimally.

yeah its really scary from high up...the first time i went up i was so scared i thought that i might fall all the way down...but then i realized that that wouldnt happen =) so it became really fun heh

i love rock climbing...i only climb indoors though...

i havent learned how to take the rope up with me so yeah i stick to indoor climbing too =)

yeah to me its safer to be indoors and with padding on the bottom so that if you fall you wouldnt die or anything

I've only gone climbing twice, and I can't go very often because I need a belayer and both my parents have bad backs...

haha yeahh the first time i went down it was pretttttty scary...from way up high and then just sit in the harness...hmm i was like um trust that thing?? hehe but i got used to it quickly lol
