hello question about links um when i want to link to another part of my page do i put <a herf="pic.html"> or do i put <a herf="http://www.blabblahzoink.com/pic.html"> whic one do i use oh my page is in frames and i want everything to go to the righ frame so after the link do i put target="right.html" i KNOW i made no sense bu im sure somebody will understand THANK U

You can do it either way
