It's free.....When you click on the poll link, it will ask if you want the FREE account or the Paid account.

www.votations.com offers free polls, though there's a limit or something if you have a free account. I'm not quite sure. But I'm using them.

www.htmlgear.com has free polls and I don't think there's a limit. You could try that.
