is there a way that i can stop people from copying and pasting or saving my images on my site?

You can disable the right click function:

You can also disable the IE image toolbar:

<meta http-equiv="imagetoolbar” content="no”>

That however does not totally stop people, they can still view your source, go in their cache file or just take a screen shot and open it in an image program.

There is no way to totally prevent people from stealing your stuff.
