Yes! After a long time dealing with HTML, now I am asking a pretty stupid question.

I dont know how to save as file as *.html
Can anyone help me? Because I've just installed fusion news into my webpage, and to include the news into my webpage, I have to have *.html file.

Please reply as soon as possible! Thanks in advance :)

What exactly are you using? Because I use geocities, and it is needed for me to put .html after all my pages (unless, of course, they are something else like .css). Even with most pagebuilders I think they add .html for you. Maybe if I knew what kind of thing you are using?

Ohhh, I just noticed the asterisk. Well, I've never used Frontpage, but is there any way to put in your own whatever you want to save? Or is it rather like saving a file to your computer (in which there are only a select ammount of options).
Hmm, well not to be odd or anything, but I tried to save something as *.html, and it wouldn't let me. Are you sure you need the asterisk?

Haha, pure coincidence in answering in that time :)

Sorry, I'm not the best person to answer, but I am up at this time and you'll have to take me or wait until later :P
I'm using a filemanager sort of thing. Pretty much just the basic of the basic.
I really can't imagine why it won't let you save it as .html. Don't you have to put in a file name when your done setting up your page? You should be able to put filename.html and have it work. I'm really not sure. You probably should just wait for someone else to answer :)

if there is no *.html setting (which is kinda odd considering frontpage is a webpage maker) then see if there is like an "all files" type of setting during saving.

are you using a SAVE or SAVE AS option?

either way, whatever setting you have it on, try saving your filename with the html extension on it and surround it by quotes...

"filename.html"

that should stick.

i dont have frontpage so unfortunatly i dont know exactly the solution, but give that a go.

what do you mean by 'including something thing in' ? In the file or in the filename?
