I need some help with the background image for CSS,I want it to the background to be the full image,it cuts half of the image off for the Background,if there is a code please someone inform me. :angel:

not the one for the image, the one where it only shows half way.

I haven't put it on the web yet,since I am just trying to code my layout but when ever I try to put it on a site to see how it looks it cuts it in half,wait let me try again.

the image itself has a lot of white space on the top area. use an image editor to cut it off.

the positioning is starting at 50% and 50% so that is including the extra white space on the image itself, thus cutting off the bottom of the image.
