I know everyone must of seen the movie the Wizard of Oz at least once and I have a question for you. I'm going to a theater class every Tuesday. Anyway our teacher said that were going to rehearse "The Wizard of Oz" Very soon everyone will be trying out for a couple of the parts. I have no clue who I want to be. Who do you think I should try? Just to let you know I'm a girl although I wouldn't mind to much being the Lion. :)

I wouldn't mind being the witch. I love her character. I have her personality too :) But my favorite character is the scarecrow. I would try out for the scarecrow, he's the funniest of them all.

Hey, this is kinda off topic but pertains to the Wizard of Oz...

I heard that in the scene with the Munchkin people, there's some little munchkin guy who hangs himself in the background. :confusion ?!
I have not seen the movie in years to confirm this, but have any of you guys seen/heard about it?

i heard about that! i didn't know he was one of the short people though. i wanna see the movie so i can tell...

LOL! My triple threat group is doing The Wizard of Oz too! LOL! Its weird though, because lots of girls are trying out, but theres not many girl prts, so i wanna be the cowardly lion! YAY! :D I think i got the part too! :)

The wizard of Oz...I saw the entire thing for the first time last summer I think, as previously, all I saw where bits and pieces. There was (dunno if it's being done by an group right now) a Broadway version of that called "The Wiz" which is pretty cool...my high school put it on two years ago.

Hmmm....reminds me of a bunch of trivia I saw on that once....
