Really huge problem here. See this website I'm on, theres been a lot of recent hackings into people's accounts, so since they allowed Alt characters in your password, I decided to put Alt characters into my password. What I did was first typed it on a Word Document, copied, pasted the password to change it on the site, and then the Word Document just dissapeared. I have no clue to why, but it just did. I tried re-opening Word Document, but it was gone. I was planning to save the Word document and just copy and paste it from there into the log in each time, but now it seems that I can't. I have E-Mailed about my lost password and I am still awaiting an E-Mail back. Thing I'm worried about is if the Alt characters may have turned into the html code when I typed them in. They never did on another account, but it's just a thought. The other thing, since I don't have the password saved now so that I can copy and paste it, I have no clue what numbers I used for this ONE Alt character. Infact, I have no clue to why it's even in there. (See before I copied and pasted the password, I printed it out as well.) Well I figured out that Alt characters can be made of several different numbers...
What I need to know is if anyone knows of all the number combinations for the Alt character: `
I know Alt+96 and Alt+096 makes that, but it doesn't seem to be either one. The other thing I'm wondering if it may not even be an Alt character and I may be able to do something on my keyboard to activate it aswell? I thought I used this ' in some way when I was typing the password, but maybe not.. Please let me know if anyone knows of the extra number combinations to make that one character. It's the only one in my password that I can't figure out. (The other ones I've known for the longest time.)
