I use photoimpact 7 to edit images, since i find it more user-friendly than most programs. however, I cannot seem to find somewhere to edit the opacity of images so they become so transparent that you can put the transparent pic over another one. any suggestions? I do not wish to change program, since I like it more than PS/PSP.

not sure if this was exactly what I wanted.. I was thinking about like when you make watermarks, just instead of text with images. thanks a bunch anyway.

ah i see, you want to take out the background from an image? like for example, you have this sign © from the internet with a white background, and you only want the © sign without background?
