I plan on designing a layout with a "content" and "main frame" box in order to put the content and other information. However, I'm not sure which to use. If you view this (http://likemikemovie.friendpages.com/pages//likemikemovie/photo90.jpg) graphic, you'll see the two long boxes that say "Content" and "Main". Which is most commonly used for layouts with boxes like this? Frames? I-Frames? Divs? Tables? Or something else? Or which do you prefer?

Different people would do it different ways, personally i'd use DIVs...but just go with whatever you find easiest to work with etc :)

DIVs I Think. I've come across some really lazy people and they used iframes.
