How do u put a blinkie IN ur guild?

Well, you first have to make the blinkie. Once you've uploaded it, using the <img src="your url here"></img> should work.

I dont want to put up a pic. I want to put up my blinkie at the top.

Umm.. your blinkie is considered a picture. You have to upload it and put it up, just like any other image.
