as far as I can tell, the stuff used here is not too difficult, but they use so many different aspects of Flash that it's impossible to give you a tutorial for it (as it would take me 5 hours to write it).
If you get Flash ( www.macromedia.com for a 30 day trial version) and you get to know the program, and play around with it, I think you can create a similar effect.
