Which part of it are you trying to do? The grid? the border?

the grids..

open up a 10x10 and then take your paintbrush and set the color and the width...only make a line on 2 sides like |_ all connected of course.

Then you can select an area (use some feather so the grid won't just cut off abruptly) and then fill with the image you just made.

I hope that makes sense.

I just had to register, otherwise I would have answered earlier! Make a new image with 10x10 or 5x5 and make it transperant. Go along the sides with your paintbush in a squrae size1 looking like this l_ (I make the line at the buttom normally at the top). Go to your colour pallate and set it to pattern in floodfill and search for the pic. Floodfill and all done!
