okai i've searched the forum and read some of the threads submitted but i still feel that they have not fully answered my question regarding transparent i frames well what i want to know is how do you position the frame to go where you want it? like if i want it in the top right and all that how can i get it there?also is that cod the last one on the frames page?

I use DIVs to place Iframes and such. You could do a search on DIVS and absolute positioning. O.o Or is that not what you meant?

you can download a screen ruler from download.com so its easier to position the frame =)
