does anyone know how to add it..or any tutorials pages

You'd need to download a swirls brush first, and then on the color chooser thingy you choose the color gray.

There are a few swirl brushes you can download here: http://www.clickitgirl.net/lushb/#swirl

donwload a swirly brush first.
Then open your pic and add a new raster layer. Chosse grey on your colour palette and 'stamp' the first swirl on your pic. make sure the clear raster layer is active. then you can arrange the swirl by using the moving tool. Now change the opacity a bit to like 80 and merge visible.
That should be all...
