I need help finding some way to protect pages. I don't want javascript...well if I do, I don't want it to be the simplest one.......can anyone help me find one? I don't want the one like on this page...thanx :heart2:

Ya the code will work on geocites, are u using it for more than one user? and were will are u putting the login is in a window by itself like the way i have it or is it in a page with other things?

that isn't a very original script at all, it's just your basic if and else statements...

too bad it's so easy to figure out your username and password... "webmaster" and "teletoon"

Lesson of the day: Don't use javascript to password protect your pages, it's extremely insecure ;) ... it just takes a quick look in the source to figure it out

The best thing to do is to use a server side scripting language such as PHP or PERL
