Ok, I'll show you how to make a blend like such no urls =)
I'm not sure if this pic will be kept on the page, so, it is a blending of some japanease singers with orangy background, mosaic and grid...
You need PSP7 for it (it works the same way in PSP8) and animation shop.
So, we start:
1. Go to PSP and open 2 or 3 pics of persons you want to have blended in one pic
2. Open a new image in a size you like (I used 300x300)
3. Now you look at the pics and decide what main colours you want. I choosed orang. Use the dropper tool to select a colour of one background from one of your pics.
4. Go to Animation Shop and open your images in there which you want to have a transperant back (pds like). One of the pics was already orange, the other not. So I choosed the other one and floodfilled it with green and used the replace colour tool (animation>replace colour) to make the green transparent.
5. Paste the pic back into PSP.
6. Now we make a motionblur background for our blending in the new image we opened in 300x300.
Floodfill it with the main colour you want your background to have and draw stripes over it in every direction with 2 other colours both lighter as your background colour.
Go to effects>texture effects> fur and change your settings to blur: 3 length: 100 density: 100 and transperantcy to 0!
Go to effects> geometric effects> wind and change your settings to 40 and tick left. Do the same again with right ticked.
7. Now I pasted in that new craeted blur the pic with the girl with the orang background twice as a new layer.
8. Click on the glasses of your layerpalette next the layer with the blur effect and one of the girls.
9. Erase around the girl and the leave a border and erase the girl itself, but leave a thin border of her like the outlines of her hand and hair.
10. go to effect> wind > and chnage settings to about 14 and tick left. Do the same again with right ticked.
11. Click on the glasses next to the layers on the layerpalette again to make them visible.
12. merge everything visible via going layers>merge>merge visible
13. Change the size of the girl where we made the back transperant to fit her neat in the pic.
14. Add her. Now you CAN make the same as befor with her as well to let her flow smooth in the pic.
15. Dublicate the layer of the girls and make one invisible via clicking on the glasses on the layerpalette.
16. Erase in the visible one what you don't want to be touched like the faces of the girls. Just keep for example the edges.
17. Go to effects> texture effects> mosaic-antique and make the settings as following : grids settings both to about 36, mosaic settings to 'tile d':68 'grid w': 2 and 'grid d':50
18. Make the one layer visible again and erase the stuff you don't want in the mosaic (the mosaic layer must be highlighted) and maybe change the opacity a bit like to 70.
19. merge visible and dublicate the layer again.
20. We add a grid on the edges. make one layer invisible again and erase in the other one everything besides the two edges at the bottum.
21. Go to effects> texture effects> tiles> settings:
tile: square;0;10;1
image: 44;2;0;40
light: white;315;44;38
22. make the other layer visible again and change the opacity of the tile one till you like it.
23. merge visible and your done!
Now you can of course add text or anything else you want ...
