I am making a website for a local band, and I decided to use a spiffy javascript mouseover code for the links on the main page. I followed the directions very carefully, however it won't work directly over the link the way it should. Could this be because my link is in a div layer? How can I fix this problem?

If it helps, I found the code for the mouseover here (http://www.24fun.com/downloadcenter/linkborder/linkborder.html# ) and as far as my code, its very basic, just a background image, 2 div layers, and a little bit of css...i oversimplified it to see if that would help the code work properly, but it won't. Any help would be appreciated very much!
