I would like to make my own voting booth... is there any way for the vote to count by itself when someone vote on my booth?

Do you mean like something on your web site that people can vote on?

I know bravenet.com has a thing where you can make a voting thing.

I mean i would like to make my own voting booth and therefore like an homepage and how to let the vote count by itself without me updating the results without using any servers to create a booth...

that probably requires some sort of scripting language, if your hosts supports that. Like this:

but if your host doesn't allow that sort of things then you need to get a hosted one, that only requires a code on your page like:
