can anyone please teach me how to use psp...i just downloaded cuz i just remembered that i saved tha file...so can anyone?

Where to start? You need to just play around with it and for specific things you are trying to do, search google.

what exactly do you need to know? there's a lot of stuff in psp, so it's kinda hard to teach...

If you look for 'back to basics' on the navigation you find very good tuts for beginners on PSP7 and PSP8! They should show you all you need to know... thx them I'm really good now as well and creat really good layouts...
