I just saw an ad on this site for a growth supplement called Heightmax. It's for people ages 12 to 25. Does anyone know anything about it? I could grow a few more inches...it would sure help me out behind the wheel. :P

How do you figure that out? I tried a converter and it only came up with a bunch of screwy numbers.

I converted 150 centimeters to inches/feet, and it gave me 4.92 feet or 59.06 inches- which would be about 4 feet, 11 inches :)

so according to that site if I'm about 5'9" (I think I'm 5'9" or 5'10"), I'm around 1.75 meters :P

I'm about 1.4 meters :stickout: I wouldn't use that stuff personally. Growth hormones are not something to take lightly. They have be very dangerous if you don't know what you are doing. Besides I hardly think that thing works anyways.

Yeah, it did look kinda scary. I'm not sure how tall I am, but I know I haven't grown an inch since seventh grade so I can't be that tall. I often get batted around in the hallways at school because people can't see me. :buckt:

My [former] driving instructor made me sit on a pillow :P He would always say "we don't want any of this now! *mimics persons looking through spaces of steering wheel* He's the only one who thinks I'm too short though, dad or new instructor doesn't. 5'4"/163cm is not that short :P

I don't think that humans should mess with nature in this way. If you want to try this, though, check with your GP, FIRST. There may be effects that are not advertised.

My cousin's doctor asked him to consider something like that because he was so short. It had something to do with daily shots or weekly shots... I don't remember. Could'a even been monthly shots, I just know it had something to do with a lot of shots.

today i went swimming again, and we have 2 guys on it that 'teach' swimming. I was in conversation with one and he was like "how old are you anywayz? 19?" and i was like "ahw thanks !" haha while i'm only 17 :P

Heh, it's always great to receive those kind of compliments...at that age, anyway. As you get older you want people to think you look younger than you really are. :P

That's what happened to me. :P When I was a teenager I always looked older, but now people think I'm younger. I guess I'll be 18 for the rest of my life. :lol:

Me and my friend went to see Finding Nemo, and my friend got in as a child. She never noticed until she looked at her ticket stub after the movie. She was mad because she's almost 2 years older than me, and I got in as a youth. She only had to pay like half of what i paid though lol.

I think I pretty much look my age. I'm 16 and most people guess I'm 16 or 17.

They refused to give me a child menu when I was 11! They didn't believe me. I think I'm mentally scarred.

That reminds me of when I went to Pizza Hut (when I was 19) and I got half price, because they thought I was a child. :lol:

Same here. I don't know why though because I don't look that young. I'm 15, its only three years, but sometimes it can be annoying. There is often a large difference in maturity.

When people come up and ask me how old I am, then after I answer they say "Ohhh, I thought you were 8" I get a sudden urge to hurt something. Especially since that's like 6 years younger than I really am! Although what's worse is when they treat you like your younger! I know how that's like i'm shorter than most of my friends that i'm older than, so if i'm ever at the movies, i always take forever proving im 14 while my friends who are still 13 and going into a 14A movie just walk right in...

But once someone thought i was 18 i was amazed, i was at the airport, with my cousins we all went to this retreat in Minnesota and they asked me for ID while boarding a transfer-like type flight, where they only ask for ID when you're over 18. But only once, if only it happened more often :(

the boyfriend of my friend is 22, and he went out once with his girlfriend (my friend). They asked for his ID, because he's short (i believe only 5 cm taller then me) and looks pretty young... he said "what you want, my driving license or my passport?" (in holland you need to be 18 to drive) LoL he could go inside after that...

The only thing is I have two younger sisters; the middle one is as tall and bigger than me (3 yrs younger) and the youngest (6yrs younger) is almost as big as me but shorter *tries to grow*. Even some of my family that we don't see often thinks I'm younger than I am, but some people that I've talked to online think I'm older than I am. I wish I could just be my age :P

After a growth spurt I was stuggling with being thought of as older than I was. It made me really mad. I agree with Kittycat on the fact that I'd just like to be my age :lol:

I just turned 17, and this one girl and me were arguing. and she said "Well your only like a sohpmore" Then my other friend said "No she's like only a Junior." Lots of the time people think I'm a sohpmore instead of a junior, and I'm not short, I'm 5 foot 6 I'm questioning, why they think I'm younger. Well, at least that's only two year and one grade difference.

haha... the coolest thing happened... back when I was in the 6th grade well it was spring break so we whent down to South Padre for the holidays... at the time I was 12 and my sister was 16... we had planed to go on a horse ride along the beach... so my dad when up and told the person in charge our ages... I am a whole lot taller than my sister... the lady asked us which one of us was 16... that p/o my sister so much... she was angry the rest of the trip... I guess it can be a advantage... hey... maybe I can get beer? lol... actually I hate beer... I tasted it once and I nearly threw up all over the resturant :P :slime:
