Hi, I'm making a layout, but it's not on the web yet so you won't be able to see it, but I've got a blog type of layout with black lines going down the screen. It's a sliced image so the main picture stays which is all very good, but I want to repeat the black lines going down the page, I've got a gif file saved and the code works but the black lines I get are dotted because there are spaces in between the image repeating.
Does anyone know how I can get the spaces removed so I get long repeating black lines?
If you don't understand anything I've said, please ask, I really need help!
I've used the repeat-y code but is there an overlap image code or something??

Make sure the top of that background image isn't all white.

What i mean is that the stripes have to go from the top of the image to the bottom, otherwise you will get those spaces if you have white on top. So that you have a line of white on top, and when you repeat that image you wil see that white line as a space for example.

It's just a guess!
