Hi there,

Because my computer was so slow that you couldn't even start it up i had to uninstall windows and re-install it again. Everything is fine now, and it's fast again! BUT my dad always plays Patience (also known as Solitaire) and i know it's a basic game in every windows version together with Freecell and 2 other games. But on our computer it's unable to find. I do have DirectX so that's not the problem. We got ALL directories into the " bureau-accesoires" exept for the one that contains the game Solitaire. So my question is: how do i get solitair and those 3 other games on my computer? I mean, i've always had it,and i've always had windows98. So if anyone can help me, thanks!

p.s: i DID searched through the microsoft.com site's etc but i'm not familiar with the program directX so that's why i ask it here first :)

This is just a guess...

Plunk in the Win98 cd.
Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel.
Double click on Add/Remove Programs.
Click on the Windows Setup tab.
Click on Accessories in the list.
Click on DETAILS button.
Find the games in the list.
Then the rest should be "follow the instructions" kinda thing.

there is no " accesoires" in the list, i also insert an other win98 cd (from our own) then the one that is on the computer (from the boy who installed it, i don't have that cd at home) and i know that on the disk we have our own there is patience on but still there is no accesoires in the list.

Oh well, now i know how to do it i might be able to get an other win98 to try that one too.
