When you have a page with frames, what page actually has the frames (complete) on it. I know that may spund confusing but this is what i mean: what we address would you type in to see the page with the complete frames on it. Example:
Wuold you put:
www.somedomain/somename/index.html
www.somedomain/somename/right.html
etc. etc.

www.somedomain/somename/index.html

You can actually make any "page" the framesetup page. MANY people usually save as their "index" page for the simple fact that it is the first (default) page that loads up and will thus create the desired effect right away. Other people may have a "splash" or introduction page first saved as the index page, that then links onto the framesetup page.

So really, the end choice is yours to explore :D
