Does anyone know how to vector those cool pictures. I don't have to learn the complex steps. Anyone know any tutorial places on how to make vectors on ps7 or any tutorial places for ps7 or psp8?

If I'm on the right track, vectoring is basically when you take a picture and make it look like a drawing/cartoon.
