am new to web design and have been using free websites like geocities and anglefire but the websites are to long to remember so i was woundering is THIS (http://www.web-mania.com/cgi-bin/hostshop1.cgi) is a good deal or not please post your answers

hiya :) - i'm on there - my site is hosted on there yeah i say it a good host lol - i have a little problem with my last host and wanted a cheap host that let me have cgi-bin and perl and etc..... and i was searchin on yahoo and found that :) - it cost me £20 a year - i'm goin to renew it in november - whenever i'm stuck they helpful and if u live in the uk ( that another reason why i chose them) u don't have to pay by credit card -send them a cheque or something through the post and woliah *cha ching* oh u get no-pop up (yipppeeee) and no hassle - ok hope that help
