They're in .png format. Try saving them in .jpg. If that doesn't work, try .gif, but that will mess up the quality. I was having the same problem when I made gifts for my person.

You can download the trial version for PSP 8 and Animation Shop.
I think the actually program costs about $90 or something.
But try the trial version first, to see if you like it.

I got the anniversary edition of PSP 7 (which is just as good) for a VERY nice price on amazon.com. It was only about $70 US to buy it (and it got free shipping, heh) plus there was a $30 rebate. I would look into that, I think it was inexpensive because it was the anniversary edition, but I'm not sure.

No, you use Animation shop to make the blinkies animated, but animation shop comes with PSP. If you get PSP, you get animation shop at no added cost.
