Technically its not the scrollbar thats transparent, its the iframe...which means all your content etc would be semi transparent too...she actually has a tutorial for it on her site

but if you want to do it the 'proper' way by actually cutting up the images and putting it back together just search the forum, this questions been asked 1000 times.
