ok well do u know how to do the layouts where there is a picture at the top and then u click on the navigation but it looks like it was made with psp or something.. i know how to make it but how do u link each seperate one?? .. if you understand me please reply

Do you mean like a big image that has different links you can click on to go to different pages?

That's an image map. You can either do it manually here (http://www.lissaexplains.com/fun6.shtml) or you can use PSP to do it. Just make your image, then go to File > Export > Image Mapper.
