i'm having a problem, if anyone can help me it would be greatly apericated. http://ironcarrot.web1000.com that is the problem page, i used exact positioning to put the pictures into place and an immage map for the side bar, i do not however know how to put stuff in the middle of the airea, with everything i try it pops up in the top left corner. please help.

Well, you can try absoluting the stuff you're going to use in the middle of the page (Not sure if it will work right, I'm not a pro at Divs)

or you can try working on the main page after the <div> tag of your left side bar, so the content might turn out next to it.

oh and if you want, you can put all your stuff into a giant inline frame/table, and then absolute position that into the middle ( i think that may work out better).
