I tried the link transitions: pixelate from Lissa and it made the text of the link have a block of color over it and pixelate when hovered, then change to see the text.

I actually tried adding :hover after the A and then what it did was it was normal, then when hovered it turned into a block of color, no pixelation.

I think I did everything right. Can anyone help me? I took the code down but if you want to see it in action I'll put it back up.

Also the link.htc is supposed to be in the root directory if the site or the main main directory where like the domain and each sub-domains would be off of?

on some browsers, after the link transition, the text becomes normal again, but the hover should still continue to work.

The pixellated hover is funny; there's some extra stuff you have to put in there. Check this thread:
