i'm sorta new to html, and the explanations here are pretty good, but i still don't understand A: Link, A: Visited, A: Active, and A: Hover.
Please help me!

they are the CSS version of link coding. it tells what colors or behavoirs the links will look like on the page.

link = normal unclicked link.
visited = a link that has been visited before.
active = a currently viewed page link.
hover = happens when the visitor hovers the cursor over a link.

lissa should have this under her css tutorial section for more details.
