Has anyone else ever noticed that text size looks different on IE than it does on Netscape? If I choose a font size that looks good and is easy to read for Netscape, it will always look smaller and not nearly as nice on IE. Is there a way to code font size so that it looks the same on both browsers or is this just a pipe dream?

I just checked a few sites in both IE & Mozilla (which is basically the same as NS), both font sizes look the same. Are you using the most current versions of both browsers?

Hi, epolady!
I use an iMac, so my versions are probably different, but they're the latest for Mac OS X.
You know.... maybe I have my fonts set to too small a size for viewing in my IE prefs... DOH!
(Hoping this is it, but planning to feel really stupid if it is......) *grin*

Oooooh, lol, sorry, I'm not on a Mac, sometimes I wish I were. Hmm. It could be the IE text size, give it a look ;).
Useful tutorial (http://hotwired.lycos.com/webmonkey/98/35/index2a.html?tw=authoring) about defining font sizes in CSS units for Macs and PCs

Phooey, it wasn't the prefs.:(
Hey, Okii... guess who's the resident dummy who
doesn't know CSS? (';' ) ( ';') *grin*
It's on my list of things to do.:D
Thanks for the link, I see there's a tutorial
there, so I'm gonna check it out.
