Okay, I would like to know any CSS properties for frams because I don't know any and hover properties for links. Oh, and if you know any other HTML/CSS/XHML/ect.. help sites, could you please tell me?

css can do a lot of different formatting.

perhaps you can explain exactly what the effect you are trying to do and we can help with a specific answer.

as for different sites, you can always visit other forum members sites through their WWW links or do a search for sites in any search engine site.

CSS works the same in frames as it does anywhere else... I once saw this page in a forum response, and it has the more interesting css hovers, aside from the basic:

And just search google.com for "html help" or something similar, and you'll find tons of results.
