I started learning html a few days ago, and I wanted a table so I made the html cod and then looked at it but alls it says is page cannot be displayed and so on and so forth, theres still a different scroll bar on the left but how do you make it say and have stuff?

you will need to make a seperate page to go inside each frame, and then put the file names of those pages in the src attribute of the <frame> tags on your main page.
