I have to make a site for a webpage class I am in, and the site has to be compatible in both Netscape and Internet Explorer. The link I included goes to the menu. If you open it up in IE, it is closed to begin with and clicking on the names creates drop-down menus. However, when I open it up in Netscape [version 7], the menus are already open...I want them to be closed preliminary in Netscape.

How can I make the menus closed to start off with in Netscape?
