Yes, you can do it on geocities. You would have to make images for the light purple area. And then use absolute positioning (http://www.lissaexplains.com/css2.shtml#position) to place the iframe (http://www.lissaexplains.com/frames.shtml#inline) over the light purple part. Oh, and place the images in a table (http://www.lissaexplains.com/table.shtml) so that they are side by side.
