I have a question if it's possible to add in html comments. For example I'm uploading news and reader can add comment about it. I know it's possible in php but I didn't got into that program yet.

If it's possible can you please tell me what codes should I use? Thank you!

The thing is also that I can't use any free program that is out there.. as my webhost doesn't support php, MySQL or even Perl.. I think I should change my webhost.. after 2 years of using it.. hmm

It depends on what comment system you're using. Some will allow HTML in comments, others will not.

If you're looking for a comment system to use, try searching the forum or google for one. I personally don't know any of the top of my head.
