2) What Is PHP?
3) What Is ASP?
4) How Do I Learn Any Of That Stuff?
5) Are Those Things Programs Like Flash And Dreamweaver?
6) If They Are, Where Can I Download The Full Version Of Them Or The Demo Version?

7) How Would I Make A Registeration for a website?
like when you have to register to see stuff on a site,
when you have to choose a username and password and, type in your e-mail?

2 is a script language. Like javascript, you can script things with it. With php it's the same. You can code guestbooks counters, polls and everything with it (but also just webpages).
