How do you make a scrolling marquee that pauses when you put your mouse over it?

Sorry I dont know but have you looked on this website for it yet? Because it's probably here and if not you can search the internet for it, search for something like 'html mouse stopover scrolling mariquee' and I could tell you how to do it if I was on my other computer so I'll come back later when I'm on my other computer which has a program for it and tell you the code.

Sorry I can't tell you how to right now but later when I'm on my other computer I will have my program and I'll come back and tell you how. But you could try searching for it in google or nine msn or something just search for 'html marequee mouse stopover' or something and you should get it.
