How would I make 3 scrollbars right next to each other, at the top of my site, like this:

scroll bars for what? what would they scroll? an iframe? div?

Oh sorry, I mean drop down navigation bars, like the ones at http://www.tsn.ca except they go on top of the page, horizontally.

I did my scrollbars, but they are now to the side. How do I put them at the top of the page, right next to each other.
