this doesnt have to do with html but im not sure where else to put it. whats with the stars under peoples usernames and the positions like peewee and starter and stuff? do they have to do with posts and if so how many posts until you advance

Yup yup, the more you post the more stars you get and your title changes...its been a long long long time since i last paid attention to what they were so i cant tell you exactly...but the rank (like peewee) changes every 50 posts, then when you get 500 you can pick a custom title and have an avatar :)
