Ok, I've searched the forum for how to make transparent scrollbars but they're for iframes only and I'm using normal frames. By the way I'm using an external stylesheet and if you still don't get the picture an example is here (http://www.geocities.com/ic3angel91).

i see the problem you mean, but (correct me if I'm wrong) I don't think you can have a transparent scrollbar with regular frames - they only work on iframes or divs. you might want to use one main page and have an absolute-positioned iframe (tutorials are on this site). good luck ;)
