I put all of my links in an I FRAME.. now this means there´s also a drop down menu in the I FRAME. I haven´t been able to let the links in the drop down menu open in a new window. I´ve tried target="blank" but it doesn´t work. Somebody out there who knows?!

you need to use the drop down menu that target frames. Then you fill in at target="" _blank in the code (not in the links itself)
